Jamie Cooper is an unwavering advocate dedicated to securing optimal outcomes for insurers in high-stakes coverage disputes. Her in-house executive experience at a top national insurer provided her with unique insights into claims. Jamie has tried complex insurance cases across the country, cultivating the judgment that comes only from extensive national litigation experience.
With a practice centered on representing carriers in critical bad faith lawsuits, Jamie understands the issues, venues and what it takes to win at a granular level. She works closely with insurer clients early on to strategically analyze risks. Jamie leverages her breadth of experience to allow the client to define the strategic goals.
As a founder of Women in Claims, Jamie champions greater diversity, equity, and inclusion across the insurance industry.
