Overview
Many prudent employers require their employees to arbitrate their disputes, either individually or collectively. Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom has had extensive experience in enforcing such agreements, including at the appellate court level. Specifically, we have successfully enforced arbitration clauses; drafted arbitration clauses; arbitrated employment disputes; and served as an arbitrator in an employment dispute.
