We help our residential clients and their carriers navigate the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act (“RCLA”) process and when called for attempt early resolution, focusing on addressing our clients’ customer’s concerns to the extent possible.  We understand our clients’ desire to build and maintain a good reputation in the industry and we partner with our clients to protect their long-term business goals.  While RCLA does not apply to our clients’ commercial cases, we still bring that same focus on our clients’ business and livelihood, which is often more important than simply winning one case.
