Overview
Alex Vazquez is an Associate Attorney who practices in the area of civil litigation, with a focus on insurance litigation.
Mr. Vazquez attended Sam Houston State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Spanish. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Vazquez worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer in Limestone County, where he helped juveniles and their families navigate their cases from initial intake all the way through to the disposition of their case. He was also in charge of training staff in the “Handle With Care” Behavior Management System and taught the WhyTry Program to at risk juveniles. Mr. Vazquez then attended the South Texas College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Advocacy Program, was named to the Dean’s List, and participated in the Randall O. Sorrels Legal Probate Clinic where he worked with at need individuals. While in law school, he clerked for Clark, Love, & Hutson, PLLC where he assisted the trial team in MDL No. 2885, 3M Products Liability Litigation.
When he’s not advocating for his clients, Mr. Vazquez spends his free time playing tennis, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring the many restaurants that Houston has to offer.
