Overview
Mr. Cayce participates in litigation, litigation management and technology for large and small cases across the firm’s practice areas.
Mr. Cayce became involved in commercial litigation in 1997 when he was recruited by Fulbright & Jaworski to manage the tobacco industry’s 45,000 trial exhibits and related discovery databases during the Texas Attorney General tobacco litigation. In 2000, he managed an e-discovery team for an anti-trust case that is now recognized as one of the early Texas e-discovery cases.
Having been exposed to extensive marketing and sales training earlier in his career, he applies those skills to create effective mediation presentations and other demonstratives.
Prior to becoming involved in litigation, Grady maintained a hands-on private transactional and business counseling practice, actively advising and participating with his small and midsize clients across many industries including film production, robotics, oil and gas acquisitions, and real estate development.
