Shane Osborn

Shane is a partner who practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.  He is what many other attorneys claim to be, a real trial lawyer. He has tried over 100 cases as lead counsel in state and federal courts while at MDJW, and he has won more than 75% of the time at trial. His trials have involved everything from fender benders to fatalities, along with premises liability, slip and falls, breach of contract, and subrogation.

Shane is often hired to take over existing litigation, sometimes on the eve of trial, to guarantee the best possible results for his clients. He has never had a verdict exceed $400,000, even when the plaintiff was seeking multi-millions of dollars at trial. When not in trial, Shane enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys, who he coaches in baseball and football.
