Aileen Meador

Aileen Meador joined Martin Disiere Jefferson & Wisdom in April 2024 with a business and commercial defense background representing clients in personal injury litigation (products and premises liability), as well as tort defense litigation for clients in the manufacturing and chemical industries. Aileen has worked on a variety of cases, including trucking and transportation litigation, as well as defending clients, such as apartment complexes, hotels, and restaurants, in premises liability claims. 

Aileen gained mass tort experience while working on cases pending in the asbestos and silica Multi-District Litigation (MDL) courts in Harris County. In addition to actions involving personal injury and products liability, she also has experience with cases dealing with wrongful foreclosure, enforcement of foreign judgment matters, and Deceptive Trade Practices (DTPA) claims. Aileen also has had the unique experience of representing plaintiffs in the mesh litigation pending in the Multi-District Litigation court in the Southern District of West Virginia, which provided specialized insights into the intricacies of handling such matters. 

Aileen was born and raised in Dallas. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as attending live music events, sporting events, and volunteering in the community.
