Overview

Joshua Harper joined Martin Disiere Jefferson & Wisdom in June 2024 with an insurance defense background representing clients in employment litigation, as well as business tort defense. As a third-generation attorney, Joshua learned from a young-age what it means to provide effective representation for his clients while demonstrating specific care and attention to each case.

Joshua earned his B.B.A from Baylor University while majoring in Economics, Supply Chain Management, and Great Texts through the Business Fellows program. After completing his undergraduate degree, Joshua returned to his hometown of Dallas where he earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University. While at SMU, Joshua was an Articles Editor for International Law Review and honed his trial skills through pre-trial and trial advocacy courses.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys spending time with wife and their two beagles as well as cheering on Baylor and Dallas sports.
